
Keltricity is a Celtic World band that features contemporary, traditional, and eclectic Celtic music from Ireland, Cape Breton, Scotland, England, Brittany, New England, French Canada and wherever! Keltricity’s passion for music from the Celtic nations extends to providing the sounds for prestigious English Country and Vintage Dance groups with feet-moving repertoire that spans centuries.
Keltricity began performances in 2009 with the plan to play music from the Seven Celtic nations. This versatile group presents traditional and contemporary music with a broad stylistic spirit. 357 performances and counting have brought Keltricity to traditional dances, many regional festivals, pub life, historic presentations, and recently an opening band for John Doyle and the Paul Brock Band, both highly respected Irish musicians. You will experience the pure energy of Irish music and the achingly beautiful songs of love and loss.
The band includes- Henry Austin- guitar and vocals, Joe Burch- mandolin and keyboard, Laurel Fuson- accordion and keyboard and Caroline Yeager- fiddle, vocals, and keyboard. They bring a combination of styles including rock, classical, jazz, folk, all of which continues this vibrant music. It will be a fun and heartfelt performance. The band is part of the Kentucky Arts Councils performing artists roster, reflecting an excellence in performance.
